Pure Malbec, made from old vines (50 years old) on a Kimmeridgien limestone soil, it is aged for 12 months in one-wine barrels. It is fleshy, complex, mineral with hints of raspberry. To be enjoyed between 3 and 8 years old with a curry of chicken, leg of lamb or sheep cheese.
